Last night a girl that I've been working with had her "going away" get together at Asiatique. It was a lot of fun and they have a really nice bar / dinning area! I had never been there and a lot of people from Proof ended up going. Chrystal got pretty intoxicated, lol- I guess she needed it after a long day of work- I don't know. heh. Kyle and I had fun and enjoyed each other greatly! I love being with Kyle; he truly makes me happy. Even if we have small misunderstandings, everything always seems to come out perfectly.

Today I got stuck at Proof till after eleven o'clock. I guess because Derby's around the corner, we're gathering more and more business; not just in the morning or afternoon- but even late at night. It should be ok though, since I will be racking in a whole lot of money. Soon- when I get enough I feel comfortable saved with, I'll be able to get my own place. In time. Though I will miss the life of my family and the life of being here. I really enjoy being at home, my family is a constant entertainment for me. It's great!

• Spider Man 3 this Friday.
• Derby = tons of business.

So I was driving down the street and saw the most random thing in the world. I can't even tell you how hard I laughed at this random car driving down the road... Poor man who had to drive it- I'm sure he got plunty of attention.

Again, more storms today- Tornado warnings were out and set till 11 o'clock until called off earlier today around 7:00. So much for the heavy storms.

Yesterday was such a blast! Last Saturday I graduated from my university. Pretty exciting huh? Not only did I get my associates degree, but I aslo graduated as a "cum laude" which means I had a GPA of 3.30 - 3.50. That made me pretty excited because I have to have above a 3.0 anyway. They gave me a metal and my degree- Kyle got a trophy and a metal because he graduated as a "summa cum laude" which means you had to have a 3.70 - 4.00 (he had a 3.90 since he had only gotten one B). Mr. Smarty pants Kyle is. hehe.

After graduation we went to eat a Perkins since Kyle's family was in town shortly. Perkins isn't the best but we needed a place to get in and out because his mom and dad own a restaurant in Aroura; Murray that they were opening that day at 5:00. I hope they made it. When we were there, we all walked in and what do you know! My gradma and aunt were sitting in there eating their food. So they joined with us and we had a big family meal. It was really awesome that someone in my family finally got to meet Kyle's family.

A little after that- Kyle, his sister, and I headed to Thunder Over Louisville for the day. From 3 until 8:30 they have air shows, then from 9:00-9:30ish they have the fire works. These fire works are amazing, costing the city over 3 million dollars to do. It's a free event, you just find your spot on the lawn. I had so much fun! Especially since that was mine and Kyle's first Thunder together. How exciting (;

This entry is to go out to all of the heart and souls of everyone who was touched and changed by the Virginia Tech masacre. I have friends who attend there and even if I didn't- I'd still feel the same feelings I feel right now... How could anyone take that many lives? I hope that they all find a happy seat in the garden of Heaven... We love you-

The Asian man went into a dorm room, killed a girl, the RA of that dorm (who was a senior who had his masters, etc... Great black man) heard something, went to check on it and was killed as well. After leaving the Norris dorm, he then made his way to the 'engineering hall' pad locked all the doors and went into about 3 or 4 different class rooms and opened fire on them. Shooting teachers in the head, injuring and killing students and faculty. Some students after being attached (the ones who were alive or injured) went to the doors and shut themselves in, the gun man THEN tried to come back to the same rooms and open fire, shooting at the door- these brave students actual held their grounds and didn't let him in, saving their lives. To the unfortunate students, some jumped out of windows or just had no chance at survival... Then- the gunman shot himself... HOW CAN ANYONE DO THIS! People... Gosh... Makes me want to cry my eyes out...

The bloodbath ended with the gunman committing suicide, bringing the death toll to 33 and stamping the campus in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains with unspeakable tragedy, perhaps forever.

Authorities identified the gunman in Monday's Virginia Tech killings as student Cho Seung-Hui, 23, a South Korean who was a legal U.S. resident. They say he killed 32 people and himself.

Investigators gave no motive for the attack. The gunman's name was not immediately released, and it was not known if he was a student.

I just started my new job last wednesday at Proof on Main Street. I love it! First of all, before you even get down the street, you can see bright red penguins on the building. The place it not only a restaurant but also a hotel and museum. Pretty neat? Yes indeed. I love it! I work 40 hours+ but I guess it isn't too bad- the money is great.

Still up, pretty upset and just confused. I keep saying / doing / acting in the wrong way? But I'm not sure how- I don't know, it's really hard to explain. My mind troubles me and when I get bad / negative news, I'd just like to hear some alternatives to the problem, rather than just the problem and a phrase like "that's life, deal with it." I don't like that- It makes me feel sad and irritated ):

I just want to hear some possitive encouragement and some alternatives... So at least I know I'm not the only one concerned and thinking about them...

As for consistant weather and it being in the 70's, normally, weather lately has shocked me. Today we had flurries. Yeah... Actual snow. It was in the 70's, 80's, & 90's all week and I guess Mr. Weather just decided to spit out some horrid, coldd, colddddddd weather. Burrrrrr! The snow today stuck on the ground, but was short lived. The sun had came back out and the ground (I'm assuming) was still warm from the week before which made it difficult to last.

My mom and I baked and cooked up a storm today- that is, for Easter on Sunday. Hopefully everyone will have a good time and hopefully by then Proof or some job will be in my midest. I am so bored... I am so lonely... I need a job... ):

John Mayer and Jessica Simpson have been heating things up! I thought this was extremely funny and had to share-
         "According to NW, John’s latest ‘gift’ for Jessica came during a trip to Il Piccolino
         Trattoria, a Los Angeles restaurant, with several of their friends. At one point in the
         evening, Mayer presented Simpson with his latest purchase, according to the report,          which she was expecting to be romantic. Instead, she found herself holding a          thesaurus. The Bosh points out that a snitch told NW, “[John] said she should know          more words. The whole table erupted in laughter.”

It really sounds like something Kyle would do to me- haha- but of course, I'd take it as a joke (: He tends to joke on me like that any way! But I love it.
